Halo Insurrection DMR

Even after the Human-Covenant war, many colonists and other planetary settlers felt that the UNSC, and more recently ONI, have overstepped their bounds, and that the settlers should be able to govern themselves. Many insurrection groups cannot afford to produce their own small arms, so they resort to the black market, or scavenging the leftovers from long-finished battles. This results in the acquisition of less than favorable weaponry. Removal of the thumbhole stock and finger-guard allow for quicker access for ambushes, while the handguard had been replaced by one akin to the assault rifles.
